Graduate Pega Developer Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our team as a Pega Developer . This is an exciting opportunity for candidates eager to start their career in low-code development and business process management (BPM), gaining hands-on experience with the Pega platform .
You will work alongside experienced professionals to design, develop, and implement scalable digital solutions that enhance business processes and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
Support the design and development of applications using the Pega Platform (PRPC)
Assist in configuring workflows, business rules, case management, and decisioning solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, and QA) to understand requirements
Participate in testing, debugging, and maintaining Pega applications
Contribute to documentation, technical design, and best practices
Learn and apply Pega frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps)
Ensure solutions follow quality, performance, and security standards Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (Java is a plus)
Interest in low-code platforms, BPM, and digital transformation technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and obtain Pega certifications (e.g., CSA – Certified System Architect)
Proficency level of English & Spanish
Valladolid-based or willing to relocate Nice to Have
Exposure to web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Academic or internship experience in software development
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
