We are looking for anExpert Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality applications and leveraging modern technologies to solve real business challenges. In this role, you will work across the entire software development lifecycle, designing and developing robust frontend and backend solutions that support critical business services.
As part of a highly collaborative and international environment, you will partner with architects, product teams, and developers to deliver secure, performant, and user-centric applications. You will also embrace AI-powered development practices, using modern coding assistants and automation tools to increase productivity, enhance code quality, and accelerate innovation.

What you do
- Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Build and integrate frontend and backend components using modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
- Drive software quality through code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure security, maintainability, and reliability throughout the application lifecycle.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and delivery activities.
- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions, applying modern design patterns and sharing technical expertise across teams.
What you bring
- Several years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, delivering enterprise-grade web applications in complex environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with frontend technologies such asAngular, React, or Vue.js.
- Proven expertise in backend development usingJava and Spring Boot, as well as REST API design and integration.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such asAWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security best practices, and modern development methodologies.
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants and the ability to critically assess and validate AI-generated outputs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and passion for continuous learning.
