We are seeking a motivated intern to join one of our agile development teams in our ML & AI ART. This role is ideal for a final-year university student or a Master's student specializing in AI or a related field. You will support the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions within a DevOps environment, while gaining hands-on experience across the full lifecycle—from concept to production.
You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions and continuously grow your technical skills.
Support the development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning and AI solutions addressing business challenges
Assist in building and experimenting with multi-agent systems and AI models with function/tool-calling capabilities
Contribute to the design and implementation of RAG systems to connect AI models with enterprise data
Help evaluate and integrate AI models (e.g. LLMs) under guidance, focusing on performance and reliability
Support the optimization of AI agents and workflows for real-world applications
Assist in testing and refining system prompts and few-shot examples to improve output quality and consistency
Contribute to the evaluation of machine learning models using appropriate metrics and datasets, and support iterative improvements
Collaborate with platform teams, data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into systems
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and reliability while learning best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with curiosity and willingness to learn
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to manage tasks, prioritize learning objectives, and meet agreed timelines
Growth mindset with strong interest in machine learning, AI, and emerging technologies
Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
Bachelor’s (final year) or Master’s student in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python, with exposure to machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) through coursework, personal projects, or internships
Basic understanding of AI agents, LLM orchestration concepts, and prompting techniques
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation concepts
Understanding of fundamental mathematical and statistical concepts relevant to machine learning
Awareness of software development best practices such as version control (e.g. Git), testing, and documentation
Strong willingness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced environment
Previous internship, academic project, or hands-on experience in machine learning or data science is a plus
