Your Mission
We are looking for a full-cycle Account Executive who wants to take on the challenge of building their own pipeline from scratch, intelligently warming up opportunities, and closing deals with conviction. We want someone with a hunter mindset, autonomy, curiosity about the client’s business, and the ability to carry out a consultative process from first contact to signing. This is not a role for someone who expects to be handed hot leads; it’s a role for someone who wants to conquer the market.

You bring a hunter mindset, strong autonomy, curiosity about your clients’ businesses, and the ability to build conviction throughout the buying process.
Because we are still maturing our GTM engine, we are looking for someone with a strong growth mindset: someone who learns fast, shares insights with the team, and helps us refine our playbook as we scale.
What You’ll Do

Smart prospecting (outbound 80/20): Own and build your pipeline by researching, identifying, and contacting high-potential companies. You’ll start from a structured account base (150–200 target accounts) and expand within each organization: identifying additional stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Finance, HR, General Management), personalizing outreach, and creating strong entry points. We provide the tools; you drive the execution.

High-level discovery: Qualify real business pain, map decision-makers and hidden stakeholders, and understand how Remuner fits into each account’s broader revenue strategy.

Consultative demos: Prepare and lead tailored demos that connect our product to the client’s real challenges, helping them clearly visualize business impact and ROI.

Managing complex stakeholders: Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups, maintain control of the process, build urgency through value, and avoid deal stagnation or ghosting.

Pipeline management: Organize your funnel rigorously: maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and prioritize opportunities strategically. This is something we care about a lot.

Negotiation and closing: Structure proposals thoughtfully, anticipate objections, collaborate with Product and CS when needed, and close deals that create long-term value. You’ll be supported in your ramp up by our Head of Sales but will be expected to learn and operate autonomously after a 3-months ramp up.

REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For

You have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, including a previous stint as an SDR with good performance and at least 1 year as an AE in full cycles.

You have experience selling SaaS with medium-long cycles (2-6 months) and a consultative approach.

You are comfortable with generating your own pipeline.. You feel comfortable making cold calls, opening conversations from scratch, and earning the trust of C-Level profiles.

You have a very organized approach to your pipeline and understand that selling is not just about charisma: it’s about method, analysis, and persistence.

You handle Spanish well (B2+), at least for internal meetings and some calls with national clients.

You live in Barcelona and can work 4x a week from our offices in the city center.
