Education

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Science, Bioinformatics or related discipline

Additional education in Business Administration, Marketing or MBA is a strong asset
Experience

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Healthcare IT, digital health, LIS/HIS or medical technology environments

Proven experience in Business Unit management, strategic marketing or portfolio leadership

Demonstrated success in managing P&L, budgets, investments and complex projects

Solid experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams in matrix organizations

Experience with tenders, market access, customer negotiations and key account environments
Technical & Business Knowledge

Strong understanding of Healthcare IT solutions, digital ecosystems and laboratory workflows

People Manager Accountabilities:
