Customer service consultant – Estonian & Nordic Language Speaker

Viking Assistance is a leading provider of roadside assistance services in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. We also support drivers across Europe through our international partner network. We ensure efficient, safe, and reliable support for vehicles and passengers, no matter where a breakdown occurs.
As part of our growth, we are strengthening our support for the Baltic region, starting with Estonia. We are looking for customer service professionals who are fluent in Estonian, English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and/or Finnish). All three languages are required for daily communication with customers and colleagues. Knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage, but it is not an requirement. Work location will be at one of our offices in Spain: in either Torrevieja or Fuengirola.
About the job
As a customer service consultant, you will work as part of an international team supporting operations across multiple locations. Your main task is to answer incoming calls from our customers who need roadside assistance. Customers may be in stressful situations, and our job is to help and support them when it matters most. You will often be the first person a customer talks to when something has happened on the road, making your role essential in ensuring they receive the help they need.
We are looking for employees who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. In this role, you will also collaborate with colleagues in a supportive team environment, helping each other when needed. To succeed in this role, you will use several systems at the same time to solve customer cases as effectively as possible. Additionally, you will support our partners in insurance and automotive companies with various questions related to roadside assistance. Full training will be given.
Required qualifications:
Experience in customer service and communication
Good IT skills and be comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously
Fluent in Estonian, both written and spoken
Proficiency in one of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Finnish), written and spoken
Proficiency in English, written and spoken
Speaking Russian is an advantage but not mandatory
A clean criminal record is a prerequisite
