- Support the preparation of investment proposals, approval papers, and other governance documents for internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate the timely collection and consolidation of inputs from multiple internal departments and advisors.
Advisor & Team Coordination
- Act as the day-to-day coordination point between the Transaction PMO and external advisors (financial, legal, technical, tax, and other specialists).
- Schedule and facilitate working group meetings and calls; prepare agendas, distribute materials, and track action items and follow-ups.
- Ensure alignment and timely delivery of advisor outputs against transaction milestones and decision gates.
- Coordinate across internal functions including Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Operations.
Programme & Activity Control
- Develop and maintain a detailed, integrated transaction programme covering all workstreams, milestones, and critical path activities.
- Monitor progress against the transaction timeline, proactively identify delays or blockers, and escalate risks to the Transaction PMO.
- Maintain a live issues and actions log, ensuring accountability and visibility across the transaction team.
- Prepare regular status updates, transaction dashboards, and programme reports for senior management.
Budget Management & Cost Control
- Track and monitor all transaction-related costs, including advisor fees, external expenses, and internal resource allocation.
- Prepare budget forecasts, variance analyses, and periodic cost reports for the Transaction PMO and senior management.
- Review and process fee proposals, engagement letters, and invoices in coordination with the Finance function.
- Support compliance with internal budget approval and expenditure governance procedures.

- Set up, structure, and maintain the Virtual Data Room, ensuring proper organization, indexing, and access controls.
- Coordinate the uploading, categorization, and version management of all documents within the VDR.
- Manage the Q&A process, tracking incoming requests from counterparties and ensuring timely and accurate responses from the relevant internal teams or advisors.
- Maintain an audit trail of all VDR activity and ensure compliance with confidentiality and information protocols.
Reporting & Investment Proposals
- Prepare investment committee materials, including investment proposals, financial summaries, risk assessments, and deal rationale presentations.
- Produce regular management updates and progress reports on the transaction status, key milestones, and outstanding workstreams.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and briefing materials for senior management, investors, and governance bodies.
- Ensure all reporting materials are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.
Qualifications:
