We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who can take our hiring operations to the next level. You'll be the logistical ninja who ensures every interview is scheduled on time, every candidate is in the loop. If "getting things done" is your love language, you'll feel right at home here.
You'll work closely with the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers across multiple regions to deliver a smooth, respectful, and human hiring journey for every single candidate. Think of yourself as the talent team's secret weapon.

- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
- Partner with the recruitment team and hiring managers to launch new roles.
- Attend or help organise career fairs and recruitment events.
- Track candidate feedback and ensure scorecards are submitted on time.
- Always keep the candidate experience top of mind.
- Keep the hiring train moving- check scorecard and move top talent forward, and stay one step ahead with smooth, speedy scheduling.
Be the go-to guide for candidates. Ready to help with any questions, calm nerves, and keep the vibes high throughout the process.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Confidence navigating tech platforms, bonus points for ATS experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative, recruitment, or coordination-focused role.
- Serious time management skills.

THE PROCESS:
Long interview processes are stressful and boring, and that is not us
We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
So here you will have three-stage interviews:
1- A video Zoom interview with Sophia, our Lead Recruitment Business Partner.
2- A Zoom video chat with Colm, our awesome Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Marketing Specialist and one other lovely recruiter from our team!
3- A Zoom video chat with Marie, our Chief Talent Officer, and Pierre, our Barcelona Local Director.
But don't worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by your recruiter.
Here is a little tip for you during those stages:
Collaboration is massively important to us, so don't hesitate to share your thoughts, ask questions, ask for help if needed, etc
