You’ll help translate data into growth by shaping how we acquire, engage, and convert users, contributing directly to the evolution of our products and go-to-market strategies. You will be working across Product, Marketing, and Sales to deliver actionable insights and inform key decisions with a clear understanding of business impact.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Analyze marketing campaigns, acquisition channels, and user behavior to identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion, and engagement.
- Monitor and report on key marketing and product performance metrics using tools such as GA4, Tableau, or Looker.
- Support Product, Marketing, and Sales teams with insights and recommendations based on data.
- Help optimize user journeys and conversion funnels, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Participate in A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to evaluate new ideas and improve performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into campaign, product, and business performance.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing teams to understand user needs and support growth initiatives.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of tracking and analytics best practices.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, product analytics, growth, or similar roles.
- Experience working with digital marketing channels and campaign performance analysis.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Interest in understanding user behavior and translating insights into business actions.
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English
