To accelerate our go-to-market strategy, we are building a data-driven outbound growth engine powered by automation, AI and procurement signals.
We are looking for a technical Outbound Automation & Growth manager who will design, build and scale this engine.
You will join the Growth & GTM team within the Marketing function, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. Your daily work is at the intersection of growth, data, AI and revenue operations, with full ownership of Tendios’ outbound automation system.
This is a highly cross-functional role connecting data, automation and go-to-market execution.
Turn Tendios’ proprietary procurement dataset into a scalable outbound growth engine that generates qualified pipeline and revenue.
This role is not about sending cold emails.
It is about building a signal-based opportunity activation system through the best messaging.
- Design a signal-driven outbound system based on procurement activity
- Identify triggers such as tender publications, contract losses or supplier changes
- Activate high-intent accounts through automated workflows
- Manage outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Reply, Apollo, Clay)
- Build enrichment and data pipelines
- Manage scraping and external data sources
- Manage email deliverability (domains, warming, inbox rotation)
- Build AI-powered personalization systems
- Generate contextual outreach based on procurement signals
- Experiment with AI agents and automation workflows
- Own outbound messaging and sequences
- Develop value propositions for different segments
- Test messaging, segmentation and outreach channels
- Continuously optimize outbound performance
We are looking for someone technical, experimental and builder-minded.
This role is closer to a growth engineer than a traditional marketer.
- 2-5 years in growth, outbound automation and workflows or growth engineering
- Experience building outbound systems for B2B SaaS
- Proven successful experience generating pipeline via automated outbound strategies
Startup or scale-up experience is a strong plus.
Experience with outbound automation tools such as:
- Instantly
- Smartlead
- Reply
- Apollo
- Clay
Automation and data tools:
- Phantombuster
- Zapier / Make / n8n
- enrichment APIs
- data pipelines and databases
Programming
You should be comfortable writing code to build automation workflows, including:
- Python or JavaScript
- working with APIs
- scraping or data processing
- building automation scripts
AI & Automation (AI tools and LLMs for automation) such as:
- OpenAI APIs
- AI agents
- AI-driven personalization workflows
Success in this role will be measured based on the performance of the outbound engine.
Pipeline generation: Value of pipeline generated by outbound automated activations & Percentage of total pipeline coming from these activations.
Outbound engine business performance: Number of SQLs generated, Number of meetings / demos booked/subscribers
Revenue impact: Revenue generated from outbound automation pipeline, closed-won deals influenced by outbound growth
System efficiency: Cost per opportunity generated, improvement in conversion rates

Your mission will be to transform this data into a scalable outbound growth engine that identifies opportunities before anyone else does.
