At McCann, we are looking for a Junior HR Operations Specialist to join our Talent team.
This role is part of our HR Operations shared services function, supporting multiple agencies across the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that employee lifecycle processes and HR administration activities are delivered accurately and on time, maintaining high-quality data and providing support to employees, managers, payroll teams, and international stakeholders. Workday will be the primary tool used in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR administration processes across the employee lifecycle, including hires, contract changes, terminations, and payroll-related updates.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, employee communications, payroll notifications, exit processes, and coordination with internal teams.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, handling queries related to vacations, sick leave, leaves of absence, flexible working arrangements, and other HR processes.
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure timely updates in Workday and other HR systems.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including flexible benefits and medical insurance programs.
- Work closely with Payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of employee information and resolve data or payroll-related issues.
- Coordinate with Global HR teams on Workday processes, job codes, organizational data, and other HR operational matters.
- Provide administrative support to Employee Relations, Compensation, and other Talent functions when required.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services, Payroll Administration, or similar administrative HR roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of data and transactions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Advanced English proficiency, as you will work regularly with international teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with Workday is highly desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Team-oriented mindset, customer focus, and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (three days in the office and two days remotely).
